Used to skip the initial portion of the escape section. You need to be at Mach 4 before reaching the area before Pillar John so that you aren't knocked back by Ghost King; this is primarily aided by jumping/diving above the ramp leading to Pillar John in order to maintain Mach 4.
There are a number of backup strategies if you're unable to maintain Mach 4 for the entire room.

Noisey Fart is performed by luring the goblin bat, then by throwing the bat on top of the platform as soon as you jump to hit pillar john using the bat.
