Mach Launching is a way to use the vertical speed of Wall Run to catapult Peppino into the air while remaining completely actionable.
To perform a Mach Launch, you must be holding JUMP while Wall Running, and then let go of GRAB to end the Wall Run. Instead of falling off the wall with no speed, Peppino will keep all of the vertical speed he had (subject to Gravity), shooting him upwards. The faster you were running, the higher you can reach.
Furthermore, if you hold JUMP and let go of DASH before you hit the wall, Peppino will start Wall Running for a single frame before instantly Mach Launching, allowing you to buffer the input.
